Fitness and transformations have a lot in common

One day I realise that I’m not as fit as I’d like to be and throw myself headlong into aerobics or running or swimming only to become disheartened by how hard it is and how much pain I feel from a suddenly overworked body!


I suddenly realise not only am I not as fit as I want to be I’m also not as fit as I thought I was!  With hindsight I know things would have been better if I had taken a fitness assessment, to really know and accept what I was capable of doing and then build on that.


This is often how organisational change initiatives begin in organisations too, and sadly with similar results of people feeling exhausted, overstretched or in pain.


It doesn’t have to be this way.  By taking the time to truly understand and accept where your business really is you can design and deliver effective changes to meet your needs. Or achieve any change in your life.
